Azur Air Cancellation and Refund Polciy

Cancellation Policy

AZUR air LLC reserves the right to delay or cancel the flight if required for safety. They are not required to inform passengers in the case that contact information was not provided. Passengers can cancel booking, but it may be limited in accordance with the fare rules that Azur air LLC sets. Moreover, if passengers fail to make payment after the reserving the seat within the time limit, the airline can cancel the ticket without notice.

Refund Policy

Azur air may accept a refund request in accordance with the fare rules that Azur air LLC sets, given that its during the validity of the ticket. In case the passenger buys a non-refundable ticket then the airline will not refund the carriage charge paid for air carriage by the passenger. Additionally, if the passenger violates the codes of conduct on the craft they will not receive a refund.

Refund is also made to the passenger, in case their health condition does not allow them to fly or flying can be threat for the passenger. This of course needs to be supported by documents and evidence.
