Carry-on baggage
Blue Air permits passengers to carry one piece of hand baggage for free. Moreover, the baggage can be of maximum 10kg weight with 40 x 30 x 20cm dimensions. And this baggage will be kept under the front seat. Furthermore, Blue Air also permits passengers to purchase cabin baggage to bring additional things with this. In addition, this baggage can weigh a maximum of 10kg with 55 x 40 x 20cm dimensions. Lastly, this additional baggage will be kept in the overhead bins.
Checked baggage
The airline permits passengers to carry checked baggage depending on the ticket fare. Moreover, BlueBASIC fare does not include any free checked baggage. On the other hand, BluePLUS fare includes one piece of baggage that can weigh a maximum of 23kg with 100 x 80 x 30cm dimensions. Furthermore, BlueBIZ fare includes one piece of baggage, this can weigh a maximum of 32kg with 100 x 80 x 30cm dimensions.
Musical Instruments
Blue Air permits passengers to carry their musical instrument with them, they can be carried in either the hold or cabin. For carriage in the cabin the instrument must not weigh more than 10kg with maximum 55 x 40 x 20 dimensions. Moreover, passengers can also take a larger instrument in the cabin. However, to do this the passenger will have to buy a seat next to them for the instrument. Furthermore, the passenger can also choose to carry the instrument in the hold. Lastly, if carried as checked baggage the instruments are subject to the baggage policy.
Prohibited Items
The airline does not permit the carriage of the following items in hand baggage or checked baggage:
- Explosives and items with explosive inserts, as well as explosive tools
- Liquefied and compressed gases
- Flammable liquids
- Flammable solids
- Oxidizing substances and organic peroxides
- Toxic substances
- Radioactive materials
- Acrid or corrosive substances
- Firearms, cold steel, or gas weapons for exceptions
- Gas sprays, pepper sprays, etc. with an active agent
Furthermore, passengers cannot bring the following in cabin baggage:
- Electronic cigarettes
- Spare batteries and charging United
- Firearms
- Knives, other sharp or pointed objects
- Blunt objects which can cause injuries or harm to others
