Cancellation Policy
The airline does not permit passengers to cancel a booking, all tickets are non-refundable. Moreover, the airline will only provide a refund if it does not fulfil its transport obligations.
Upon cancellation/delay of the flight by Blue Air the airline will of course inform the passengers. It will also provide services like free meals, refreshments, accommodation, phone calls, etc. Moreover, the passenger will also get to choose one option from below:
- Reimbursement within 7 days
- Rerouting to intended destination
- Choose another flight by Blue Air on the same route
Refund Policy
Blue Air does not permit passengers to get a refund, all tickets are non-refundable. Moreover, the airline will only provide a refund if it does not fulfil its transport obligations. Furthermore, the airline will refund the ticket to the person who is named on the ticket or whoever paid for the ticket, provided that satisfactory proof of payment is given. In addition to this, the passenger needs to submit valid photo identification of the passenger names on the ticket to get a refund. Lastly, the refund will be made in the same currency the payment was made in.
NOTE- if the passenger is comfortable with another form of refund then, such an alternative is acceptable.
