Domestic flights and International flights: passengers need to reach the airport on or before the 3hrs to the flight departure.

For the flight which is coming or going to the USA, passengers need to reach on or before 4hrs to the flight departure.

Online web check-in

For the airlines to make the passengers' travel experience, even more, smoother, there are options for web check-in. Passengers directly go through the website or else app to proceed with the check-in process. Portal is open round the clock, but for a specific flight web, check-in is available till 60minutes before the flight departure only.

So by providing complete details required to fulfil the web check-in passengers can get the boarding pass to their registered email address within no time. Printed Hard copy can take by the passengers for boarding.

• Domestic flights:  1 hrs before to the flight departure.
• International flights:  60 minutes prior to departure.

Make a note that check-in service is not available 2 hours before the flight departure.

Offline check-in at the airport

To make sure proper boarding passengers should reach 50 minutes prior to the flight departure. 10mins before the flight departure boarding gates will be closed.
