Cancellation Policy

Eurowings permits passengers to cancel their flight tickets. However, only SMART and BIZclass fare passengers who select the premium flex options can cancel their tickets before the check-in for the flight. Moreover, passengers can also cancel flight after its departure as long as cancellation is done on the same day as departure of the flight. This can be done by contacting the customer service of Eurowings. In addition to this, cancellation can also be done by the following ways:

• Via our website under “My flight”
• Via our mobile services under “Manage flights”
• At our airport counters

Lastly, for incoming and outgoing flights from Frankfurt am Main (FRA) to Mauritius (MRU) and Windhoek (WDH) cancellation of tickets cannot be done.

Refund Policy

Eurowings flight tickets are refundable with the exception of BASIC fare. On the chance that the flight is cancelled by Eurowings, the airline will try to get the passenger to the intended destination as soon as possible. Moreover, if the alternative flights do not suit the passenger they can get a refund of the costs.
