Cancellation policy
If you cancel your Jet Airways reservations, airlines levy 50% of the basic fare as a cancellation charge. It applies only if the reservation cancels till one hour before the departure of the flight. When you cancel a ticket, the passenger needs to prepare a documentation charge of Rs100. If the airlines cancel the flight, you can get your full refund money back. There are also probabilities of rescheduling the flight wherein you do not have to pay any extra charges or money.
Change to Alternate flights
The airlines arrange for alternate flights and compensation if the cancellation takes place from the airlines part. Even if you don’t get a refund there is no worry about forfeiting the money. In case of delays in flights, the airlines provide you with meals and refreshments. Hotel accommodations including the transfers are also for the passengers in case there is a delay of more than 24 hours than the scheduled departure time. Refund Policy
