Online Web Check-in
Web check-in is available from 72 hours to 1 hour of the flight’s departure time. You can also check-in via Mobile App and you can skip the counter and directly head towards the departure area. It saves time and makes it easier. You can also print the boarding pass online.
Offline Check-in at the Airport
The airport check-in counters open 3 hours before the departure time. All the counters close 60 minutes from the flight’s departure time. The passengers need to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before the departure time to complete the check-in process. The self-service check-in is made at Singapore Changi Airport and Melbourne Tullamarine airport.
