Cancellation policy
If you're adding any of Sky's special services or attention or airport's counter, then they will charge 20 USD for each service. But, there is no refund on any of these services.
Changing Sky airline flight to earlier/later
Sky airline gives the option to change your flight to more earlier with the destination, any seats, or earlier flight available. You have to request the Airport sales office and is only available on the same day or the next day till 2 am. In addition, Sky airline also offers the next flight, if you missed out on your scheduled flight. Likewise, you can also request this to the airport sales office within 2 hours after departure.
Flight and name change
Sky airline allows name change on your reservation to someone else's name. You can request a name change through Sky airline contact center by calling within 48 hours of the scheduled flight.
Moreover, you can also do the route, time, and date change as per the availability. Flight reservation changes should be made up to three hours before departure. Sky airline will charge all the changing fee on your new flight booking.
Refund Policy
Sky Airlines do not provide any kind of refund in the flight reservation, services, or products. However, you can request a refund of the boarding fee, if you were not able to travel.
You can request a refund through the online web by going to the Manage my Booking section and can recieve it to the original payment method.
Sky Airlines also provides options if you request a refund by calling to the sales office or contact center. You will be able to choose between the voucher or getting it into your original method form.
You can get a refund in more or less 30 Business days, as per your payment method.
