Special/Sporting Equipment
SriLankan Airlines permits mobility aids as well as electronic equipment on board. However, some electronic equipment is not allowed. For instance, radios, televisions, remote control toys, etc. This is to avoid interference with the aircraft's navigational equipment. Moreover, passengers can carry musical instruments. Passengers can book an extra seat for a bulky musical instrument with a maximum weight of 75kg. Lastly, the following are the details for the sporting equipment:
