Online Check-In

Passengers can do online check-in through Uzbekistan Airway’s website. They can print out their boarding pass or use the OR kiosk at the airport to print out the boarding pass. It is important for passengers to check-in baggage not later than 40 minutes before the departure of their flight. Online check-in is not permitted if:belong to a special category of passengers - seriously ill people, passengers on a stretcher or in need of oxygen equipment;

• if the passenger falls under the special category i.e. they are ill, handicaped, need oxygen equipment etc.
• An infant is also there in the booking
• Traveling with a pet
• Carrying a weapon

Currently online check-in service is not available for all destinations, it is only available for domestic destinations. Those are as follows:

• Tashkent - Urgench - Tashkent
• Samarkand - Urgench - Samarkand
• Tashkent - Nukus - Tashkent
• Urgench - Fergana - Urgench
• Tashkent - Samarkand - Tashkent
• Termez - Urgench - Termez
• Tashkent - Fergana - Tashkent
• Samarkand - Namangan - Samarkand
• Tashkent - Termez - Tashkent
• Samarkand - Fergana - Samarkand

Airport Check-In

For international flights, passengers should check-in 3 hours before scheduled departure. Moreover, this ensures enough time to drop any bags, security check and check-in, all prior to their flight. Additionally, domestic flights passengers should check 3 hours before the scheduled departure of the flight. Furthermore, anyone who reports later than 40 minutes before the departure of the flight will be denied boarding. This is true for both international and domestic flights. There might be some exceptions to this at airports in other cities. Lastly, at some airports the check-in might close 1 hour before the departure time. This will be mentioned in the ticket.
