Carry-on baggage
VietJet Air permits deluxe and eco fare type passengers to carry one piece of carry-on baggage as well as one personal item. The total baggage can weigh a maximum of 7kg. Furthermore, the cabin baggage can be of maximum 56 x 36 x 23 cm size for all passengers. Lastly, the allowance for skyboss fare type passengers is 10kg.
Checked baggage
VietJet Air permits deluxe fare type passengers to carry checked-in baggage that weighs a maximum of 20kg with 119 x 119 x 81cm dimensions. Furthermore, eco fare type passengers can bring upto 40kg checked-in baggage with extra cost. Lastly, the allowance for skyboss fare type passengers is 30kg with 119 x 119 x 81cm dimensions.
Passengers can expect an extra charge for baggage that exceeds the allowance. Each passenger is allowed a maximum of 2 oversized baggage. However, this also depends on the availability of space on the craft.
