Online check-in 

Passengers can avail this service by visiting the online check-in page of VietJet Air. Furthermore, they are required to either print out the boarding pass or keep a digital copy of the boarding pass on their device. In addition, this service is available 24 hours to 1 hour before the scheduled departure of the flight. Moreover, following passengers cannot avail the online check-in service:

• Passengers travelling with infant 
• Pregnant women 
• If there are over 9 passengers in one booking
• Passengers travelling internationally

Airport check-in

Passengers can do this by visiting the check-in desk of VietJet Air at the airport. To avail it passengers just need to provide necessary travel documents. Additionally, passengers are advised to reach early. So that they have enough time to complete all the formalities like baggage drop, check-in, airport security check, boarding, etc. Most importantly, check-in counters open 3 hours before for international flight passengers and 2 hours before for domestic flight passengers.  In addition to this, the check-in counter closes 40 minutes prior to the departure time of the flight for domestic passengers. For international passengers, the check-in desk closes 50 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of the flight. Lastly, in case passengers fail to show up on time, we will be labelled as ‘no show’ and not allowed on the flight.
