Online check-in to Get a Boarding Pass

Here are the steps for online check-in with Vietnam Airlines:

1. Visit the Vietnam Airlines website https://www.vietnamairlines.com/vn/en/home
2. Click on the "Check-in" tab on the homepage.
3. Enter your booking reference number and last name in the appropriate fields.
4. Select the flight you want to check in for.
5. Choose your seat preference from the available options.
6. Enter your contact details, including your email and phone number.
7. Confirm your flight details and check-in information.
8. Print out your boarding pass or save it on your mobile device.

Airport check-in to Get a Boarding Pass

Here are the steps for offline check-in with Vietnam Airlines:

1. Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your domestic flight and 3 hours before your international flight.
2. Head to the Vietnam Airlines check-in counter at the airport.
3. Provide your booking reference number and travel documents, such as your passport, visa, or ID card.
4. The check-in agent will weigh your baggage and verify that it complies with Vietnam Airlines' baggage allowance policy.
5. The agent will issue your boarding pass and let you know your flight details, including the gate and boarding time.
6. After you receive your boarding pass, proceed to security and immigration control.

Kiosk Check-in to Get a Boarding Pass

Here are the steps for kiosk check-in with Vietnam Airlines:

1. Locate the Vietnam Airlines kiosk at the airport.
2. Select the language you prefer to use.
3. Enter your booking reference number or scan your passport, visa, or ID card.
4. Follow the prompts on the screen to select your flight and seat preference.
5. The kiosk will print out your boarding pass and baggage tags.
6. If you have any checked baggage, attach the baggage tags to your luggage and proceed to the baggage drop-off counter.
7. If you don't have any checked baggage, move to security and immigration control.
8. Once you clear security and immigration, proceed to your gate and await your flight.
