Cancellation Policy
Upon cancellation passengers will get a refund, however, this is only provided if they have a Optima, Family or TimeFlex fare. In addition, passengers can save the refund amount as flight credit. Moreover, passengers can apply for a claim if they are affected by cancellation of flight.
Refund Policy
Passengers can request a refund. If the ticket purchased is non-refundable but the passenger didn’t use it. Then they have 30 days to apply for a refund. Moreover, a €12 administration fee is deducted from the refund. Passengers can also get a refund in exceptional circumstances like death, serious injury, pregnancy or court summons. This is provided that appropriate documentation as evidence is provided to Vueling. Lastly, the refund will be given to the passenger who is named on the ticket or the person who paid for the ticket.
