In addition, passengers can check in at least 7 days to 1 hour prior to the departure of the flight. However, there are some exceptions.
Following passengers can’t do online check-in:
- Unattended minors
- Passengers travelling with a pet
- Those who have pending payment
- Passengers who booked an extra seat
- If flying with sporting arms
- If resident status could not be validated online
Airport check-in
Passengers can do this by visiting the check-in desk of Volotu at the airport. To avail it passengers just need to provide necessary travel documents. Additionally, passengers are advised to reach early. So that they have enough time to complete all the formalities like baggage drop, check-in, airport security check, boarding, etc. Passengers can also use the kiosks at the airport and check-in.
